SoBRO: South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation

For the past six months, members of SoBRO’s development staff have been meeting with a team of experts in marketing, graphics, web design, and web copy to redesign and improve SoBRO’s website. The project was supported through the Taproot Foundation, a unique organization that brings together volunteers from the private sector to work as a team to strengthen the capacity of non-profits.

We are very excited about the new website which better represents all the work we do and has many new features such as an interactive calendar of events (we have so many at SoBRO),an electronic mailing list,and improved tools for fundraising. The site is eye-catching with a new color scheme and a wonderful collection of Bronx photos. Most important, it is more user friendly, making it easier for potential clients to choose and take advantage of our programs, while also demonstrating the positive changes SoBRO is making in the community.
