SoBro manages more than 450 units of affordable and special needs housing units in the Bronx and Harlem and is dedicated to ensuring responsive and responsible management for residents. Our team will work with prospective tenants to make the application process as seamless as possible.

SoBro’s housing development efforts include rehabilitating existing buildings and creating new buildings in vacant space to transform blight into beautiful and viable living spaces.
One of SoBro’s goals, and part of our comprehensive strategy for community development, is to increase the availability of owner-occupied and rental housing for low- and moderate-income families. To this end, we build new housing, rehabilitate vacant properties, prevent deteriorating housing stock from becoming abandoned, and generate home ownership opportunities.
