Community Visioning Session 3 The South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation (SoBRO) invites all members of the community to participate in Community Visioning Session 3 of 4 for the development of the Port Morris – Harlem River Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA). The report for what can be done has been released – now the community will have a voice in how the waterfront will be shaped and assist in determining what will occupy 1.4 miles of Bronx shoreline.
